Confucious wrote 'Chose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life' in that case, I haven't worked since 1996! I absolutely LOVE what I do!

I'm at my best when someone needs help with tight/sore muscles and can handle Neuromuscular/Deep tissue massage. I absolutely love using Trigger Point techniques – it begins the relaxation process in the muscle, working with the muscle, not against it – in my opinion, it's the only technique that consistently brings results. I always warn my clients that they may be sore the next day or two from my treatment, but they know it's worth it and the soreness soon is replaced with relief (don't forget to drink plenty of water!).

My other love are the feet. The feet take such a beating from us. From too-small-but-cute-shoes to standing on hard floors all day, it's amazing what we put our feet through in the course of the day. I've studied Reflexology and use many reflexology techniques to make the feet (and the body as well) melt into happiness.

There are many other techniques I'm perfectly happy to employ – I can do a nice relaxing Swedish massage, refreshing Facial Rejuvenating Massage or incorporate Hot Stones or Reiki into the massage treatment. Sometimes even my Psychology study comes into play during a session. I believe there is definitely a connection between mind-body-spirit – if stresses are affecting your life, it would be no surprise to see it affect your body as well. Louise Haye's 'Heal Your Body' is a helpful reference tool that I've used many a time to help my clients.
